Refund policy

If you've purchased an item and wish to return or exchange it in a new size, please contact our customer service team at sales@theknockknockworld.com for further assistance and guidance as per return or exchange process.

Please note that when you return any item:

It must be sent back in its original packaging and tagging. Any worn, washed or damaged items will not be accepted or refunded. Once received and inspected, you will receive an exchange for the item within 7 working days.

If any delivery products were received damaged, please contact us at sales@theknockknockworld.com, please state the nature of the problem and enclose a photo of the faulty item. Claims for exchange have to be made within 14 days from receiving your order.
